Exchanging and Returning policy
We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don’t – perhaps it does not correspond what you ordered or for defect in the tailoring, no problem! Our exchange and return policy is very simple and easy: You still have 14 days to exercise the right to replace and / or return (which fall to 10 days for promotions and during the sales period):
1. Ask for authorization to change / return by email specifying a valid reason.
2. Only after having received the return authorization, you can send your package by post to our address.
3.Upon receipt of your return, we will verify the inconsistencies found and if confirmed, we will immediately make the change or refund you.
N.B. The transport costs for returns are to be paid by the buyer except for returns for tailoring errors that are at our expense.
